Zenflow Sunday
As first light broke over Blue Lagoon Farm in Homestead, FL, the roosters crowed and we were welcomed to the final day of Zenflow Retreat hosted by @ThirdEyeCollective. The dry air carried the promise of a journey ahead through flow, connection, and healing for all who gathered at this sanctuary, which now feels like home. The sun rose over the lush landscape as the FAM prepared for the last chapter of this unforgettable weekend that was still unfolding.
We kicked off the day with a revitalizing stretch and dance guided by Tim Martin, a fusion of breath, yoga and dance. We all let loose before diving straight into the flow with Micheal Cinco captivating intro to poi workshop. The energy was contagious as we danced, and explored the art of poi.

Flowing with fire eating torches with @rainbowfiretraveler
Proving that we can flow with all sorts of props, Chelsea Crisler taught us how a set of simple fire torches is all you need to be one with the flow. Then @mc.beenie and @lilaloveswubs introduced us to Flow Stars an aerodynamic cloth that is captivating and addicting.

Bringing us closer to the fire, Ryan led us through his Fire Eating Level 1 Fire Course that guided us from the initial thought all the way to our first actual fire eating breaths. Santi then reminded us about the importance of safety while playing with fire, taking us deep into the methods and processes we all take as Performers and Fire-safety.

Breath work by @divine_emergence
We finally had a chance to catch our breath with Lauren Kazimer, but only after another transformative day at Zenflow Retreat. Centered, rejuvenated, and engaged, we were ready for the final Flowcase set in a stunning Coliseum overlooking the Lagoon. As the reflections of fire danced over the water, we took a moment to soak in the beauty and significance of the experience we had all just shared. A weekend that will stay with us, etched deeply in our hearts and helping our minds for years to come.
Thank you all for coming along on this journey with me. I am truly a changed person after this retreat; I can’t wait to keep growing and flowing with you all.
